Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is to create such exceptional products that you’d never dream of returning them, but just in case you need to, all retail orders come with a 30 day money back guarantee.  We will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct if item has not been used.

All returns must be shipped with a tracking or authorized number we can not accept returns without this number. We cannot accept returns on partially used products, unless the product is defective in some way. At iiwii fresh, we value our customers and we’ll gladly refund your purchase price. Sorry but shipping/handling charges are not refundable.
